Better than peeling and shredding fresh carrots.
Fresh carrots for use in making shepherds pie. Exactly as described and perfect for my needs. Also worked well in salad. Perfect size.

These were one of the veggies we added to our Asian inspired coleslaw salad. Love the freshness of these carrots and the thinness of the shredding. Not too thin or thick and a perfect complement to our dish.

They are crisp and fresh without that wilted bag-ged feel some prepped veggies get, which makes them perfect for salads, snacks, or lunch bowls 🥗💛. I love having them on hand because I don’t have to peel and shred myself, especially on mornings when I’m rushed or just want something simple and healthy. Only tiny thing is I wish the bags were a little bigger for the price, but the quality is great and they’ve saved me time more than once 🕐✨.
