Not overwhelming, just good.
Got for a birthday gift. Makes a nice swirl of extra mushroom taste on a finished dish - soup, eggs, gravy, mushrooms. Expensive otherwise but is the perfect kind of edible gift for a friend who doesn't need more stuff.

Truffle flavor made from extracts, not chemistry-synthed!
Seed oils like sunflower don't bother me - I'm continuously offsetting omega-6s with plenty of omega-3s and -9s anyway - and I like the taste and smell if this. The versatility is obvious. Value? Some report paying much more, but I feel this buy was a bargain. The larger bottle size will last quite a while because that's a lot of drizzle!

Amazing taste but it is sunflower oil infused with truffle flavoring
This stuff is delicious on everything. I'm already ordering two more bottles of it, one week after the first bottle. However, it isn't actual truffle oil. It is infused with truffle flavoring in sunflower oil. Which it does say on the container. But people shouldn't expect this to be actual oil made from truffles. Either way, it is really delicious. I am sure real oil made from truffles would be well beyond my price range.

Garlic Lovers Dream
This is SO good. I put it on pizza and it make the perfect hint of garlic. If you love garlic this is a must have, if you only like a little garlic hint and use it as a base I would do half of this and half of regular olive oil. This would make a great diet life hack with regular noodles.

Perfect for drizzle on pasta or pizza, great fresh basil flavor. We use it all the time and love it. A little goes a long way!
