These are some great pain relief pads that use gentle warmth. I will purchase these again. They helped me when I needed the comfort from cramps. The quality of the pads seems to be great. The heat-up time was instant and gradual.

Mmm these work very well! I put them on the outside of my leggings and had relief all day. I am so grateful to have found these. It has an auto shut off basically and cycles heat throughout the 8 hours. Helped so much with my pain.

This does get very hot and lasts at least 8 hours. However, even when put onto the outside of the underwear, it still made my belly red. I would recommend putting either a thin piece of fabric inside the underwear to prevent burning.

Love the heat , works great just wished it stayed hot as long as indicated.

My daughter loves these. We buy a pack once a month and they give her pain relief and are comfortable to use. They heat up quickly and they are much cheaper than other alternative heating patches. They are beyond worth the price for the pain relief.

REALLY HELPFUL FOR CRAMPS! The patch is decently big but covers the area enough ensuring heat retention! I’ve tried other heated patches and this is by far my fav!

Honestly I was surprised at how well this product worked, especially for the price. I found it extremely interesting that the heat doesn’t began until you rip the paper piece off, which I initially questioned when reviewing details. I’ve ordered them twice now!

I bought this without checking how many pouches it comes with. I have really bad period cramps, so I usually rely on a heating pad at home on high. Honestly, this alone isn’t enough, you’d need to use your regular heating pad first to ease the worst of the pain, and then use this on the go to help keep it under control. It doesn’t get extremely hot, but it did help somewhat. I probably wouldn’t repurchase because you’d need more pouches, especially considering the price. So I’d say it works and helps calm the pain, just not entirely worth it.

Product does not stick on well...

Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.
