Ok, so I am new to using this. I totally see the difference in contour of my cheeks, even after 5-minutes wearing it (see photo). Prior to wearing it, you cannot see any contour in my cheeks (still wearing my winter fluff :)Instructions say to wear it as much as possible. I did wear it overnight & definitely see the difference waking up. It was comfortable & didn’t take long to get used to. Super cheap!However, I haven’t yet been able to tell if my cheek fluff will always return…. Or if I continue to wear it, my fluff will migrate permanently. Either way, it makes me a bit more confident waking up & getting ready …. & would be good to use prior to a photo or selfie sesh! Def recommend.Washable & affordable. A bit snug, but that’s what it’s working towards, so not an issue.Lastly! Put your hair up tidy and apply the Velcro with care! Your hair can easily get caught & it’s NOT fun trying to detangle!

I bought this to use after I had Kybella injections. Soft material. The velcro is strong and holds together well.

girls, i really like all those gua sha and hand massages, but this is not it.first, the smell of the thing is absolutely poisonous. i tried washing it, in the end everything including your hands smells like this. 0/10second, this is choking hazard. It doesn't allow you to swallow saliva properly. please don't wear this at night. you can really be out of breath and choke in your saliva. It's dangerous.third, this material will give you a lot of acne if your skin tends to have it even if you wash it every dayforth, when washing, the Velcro straps, which should connect on the head, stick to other parts of the belt and tear itsave your health and time and don't buy it. you're cute even with your doublechin

Seems like a gimmick. It slips off super easily so I wouldn’t know how well it works if it stays on.

I use this as a chin strap to keep my mouth closed when I sleep with my CPAP. It works better than the chin strap I bought.

I love this product. I can’t explain how much it has changed my chin and it is snatched. However, keep in mind that I changed my diet as well where I am not eating so many carbs and bread so that helped out with less inflammation in anyone’s body. It works well if you wear it all night, it does not lose any elasticity and it also does not bother my ears. I do feel like this is a lifelong process, though, I don’t see myself really stopping to use this, however, I will not be using it every night after seeing results after one week. :)
