The filter gets stuck in the flushing step. The display shows 51% and does not advance to the next step. It makes a lot of noise and does not reach 100% to drink water normally.

I bought this Waterdrop CoreRO in Jan 2026. Unfortunately some sensors were not working well and it was impossible to install. I wrote to the seller Representative Ms Becky and after checking out with their technician they decided to replace the unit. Within few days I received the new Water Filter RO. Ms Becky was always in touch with me to make sure that this time all is fine. I am happy with the Waterdrop CoreRO and recommend it highly. On top of that I want to thank the Waterdrop company especially Ms Becky for their great customer service and continuous support. Ms Becky with her team is the Super Customer Service Rep 🏆

Received the waterdrop RO in a very timely manner. Instructions very easy to follow to set the filter up for first use. The water quality is fantastic. My wife loves how easy it is to use. The functionality is very nice. Once you fill the tank with the unfiltered water it does not take long for the RO to fill the container with the good RO water. So filters pretty fast and it does the automatically. We chose this counter top for the value and the size would fit under our cabinet. Plus we want the grate taste of alkalinity water. Unfortunately this product was not ship with the alkalinity filter. I contacted Waterdrop through email. I ask them if this filter was the correct filter. The Waterdrop representative from the customer service, told me that this was not the alkalinity filter that should had shipped with the product. The customer service supper nice and waterdrop has already sent me a new correct filter. What an awesome company. This is a fantastic company and a great countertop RO system. 12/30/2025 update About 6 months my water tank started to leak when filling the tank. I emailed WaterDrop my problem with the tank. They gave me instructions how to make sure I was cleaning the tank Correctly. This did not fix the leak. I email back WaterDrop said they could send me a new filter machine to replace the one I have. I said I believe it is just the tank. They sent me a tank to see if that was it but also willing to send me a complete replacement if it was not the problem. It did turn out to be the tank. But through this whole process WaterDrope was so good. This is why in my opinion there the best in customer service. This company will go far and beyond what other companies will to make sure your 100% satisfied.

UPDATE: Moved this from 1 start to 4 after receiving pretty good support/response from customer service. Support ended up replacing the unit without any shipping charges. It appears the replacement filter I put into the original unit caused it to break/"gum up" with some type of substance that leaked out of the filter. The good news here is if you do have a problem, their support will do what they can to make it right. Used the unit for 5mo before the filter was at 50% and the TDS meter was showing the decrease in water purity. I drink at least 1.5L/day so 5mo out of a filter at that amount isn't bad. After replacing the water filter for the first time, and the system running through a filter flush, the system initially filtered the usual liter or so of water. I drank that and the system's feed tank was empty. I refilled the water feed tank and then the system started failing to filter. Shortly after when going through checking the system, I noticed a clear gel substance in the pure water tank. I now resultantly have ingested some type of chemical clear gel'ish residue that was in the pure water tank (see below): Everything seemed ok with the new filter. Within 24 hours the system stopped filtering and displayed an E04. I ran through the steps to check and reseat the filter, feed tank, and pure water tank. When I was reseating the pure water tank, I noticed a clear gel on the inside of it which had not been there before. Looks like the new filter ruptured or something and now I've ingested some type of chemical from that filter. I now can't trust this system to not be contaminated with some type of chemical. This was supposed to be a dependable system. It's cost sure is commensurate with quality. It's ended up now causing a health concern and leaving me out $250 cost of the unit plus $76 cost on the new filter. Tried to reach customer support via their chat bot. Waiting on them to get back to me.

I loved my first one, when I moved across the country and was unable to take it, so I just repurchased it upon arrival. It is a non-negotiable item. Also, I had a little blip with the pitcher part, and Becky was so great at taking care of me!
