the item sent is incorrect or the advertised item does not fit my vehicle. my vehicle does not recognize it. i have a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500.

I install this SD card into my Cadillac XT6 and it does not recognize my vehicle at all. I will be returning

Bought for my 2020 Silverado and it will not recognize that the ss card is even in the slot. Had to return.
