More than happy with this purchase.
I already have the Shokz OpenComm 2 and the Shokz OpenRun Pro. I bought these because I wanted better microphone noise cancelling than the OpenComm 2, especially whilst on MS Teams meetings, without looking too goofy on the video feed. I also wanted a headset that would allow me to talk quietly in noisy environments, such as in café's or on public transport, whilst still being heard clearly. I was aware that some customers are complaining about the headset falling off when looking down, but that is not my experience. What I have found, surprisingly, is that this headset is more comfortable than the OpenComm 2 to wear all day such as whilst dictating. The sound through the earpieces is also significantly better and louder than with the OpenComm 2. I had some reservations about pressing the "buy now" button, and only did so on the basis that I could return them if I was not satisfied. Needless to say, they will not be going back!

Excellent headset for work (and leisure)
I bought these to replace an Opencomm headset I'd been using every day for work for 3 years - the mic arm went wrong on those. The Openmeet is pricey but certainly a step up from the Opencomm. The quality feels alot better and even the storage case is nicer. Battery is charged via USB C and the life is good. Sound quality is very good an beats the opencomm. Whilst primarily for work, it's also great for Duolingo and the sound is plenty good enough for films and TV. Ok for music but dedicated headphones would be better. The hybrid setup (bone conduction and speaker) works well and doesn't leak sound. The design enables you to hear whats going on around you but this makes them unsuitable for noisy environments, but I'm sure anyone looking at these already knows this. I got the version with the USB dongle which connects with my work laptop easily, and the Bluetooth connects to my personal phone and it allows both to be active at once.

Far too big, no grip and falls off
Falls off my head and has no grip at all. Slips on my hair. I don't have straight hair and my head isn't small. Very uncomfortable. No way to adjust. Feels poorly made. Decided to return within 5 minutes of trying. Very disappointed.

No issues and I’ll buy again if needed
I wear glasses and find headphones push the arms of my glasses into my face, which becomes uncomfortable. These are fantastic, those who have an issue with them falling down, I don’t have this issue. Maybe try putting the band further back of your head. When I’m in meetings these have worked really well, I’ve had so much noise outside that you can hear inside, that my colleagues don’t hear it even though I do. The design is great, I don’t have the issue others have stated about them falling down when looking down, I am able to take notes when in meetings. I put the band of the headset further back on my head and never had had the ‘falling down’ issue. The connectivity is great not had any issues with that. Yes these can be deemed as expensive but it me, I get an overall better experience and one that doesn’t leave my head feeling uncomfortable due to conventional headphones pushing my glasses into my face. I also can’t wear ear phones as they irritate my hear. These overall are just fantastic. These are my first Shokz and I’m that impressed with the brand I’ll be purchasing another product to listen to my music when on the go. There’s always some things that can be improved so I’ve gave this a 4 star, I do think maybe a better design for those that have the issue with them falling down when looking down, but I don’t experience this issue. Technology is always improving so, if Shokz do another model of this then I’d expect some upgrades.

Microphone arm loosened over time
I bought this to replace an OpenComm because of the advertised increased range and I wasn't disappointed. I can walk all around the house without losing signal and keep listening in on meetings while I go down to the kitchen to make a coffee for example. The sound quality is great and it's more comfortable than the wraparound shapes of the other models if I want to lean back in a chair. I've experienced a similar issue to others with the headset slipping occasionally but not to a degree where it's caused a significant problem. My biggest issue with it is that after around 6 months, the microphone arm has become so loose that I can't put it in a stable position other than fully up or fully down. There seems to be no way to tighten it without trying to take the device apart which has resulted in me being muted in calls because people can hear my breath on the mic.
