Please do not buy. The remote does not work properly at all. It’s painful. Buttons are not functional. Takes 5 presses to work once. Compatibility issues as well. Quality is pathetic.

Not working after 1 hr. Even voice is just a dummy switch which never work. After 1 day we noticed their is delay of 10sec once you click then wait for TV to get responded.

Despite the positive reviews, this product is not a real replacement for the original remote. For once this remote requires a direct line of sight and precise angle to work as expected. Pairing is simple but requires a full reset of the TV to work properly. For some reason, ever since I paired this product with my TV, Tizen OS has become less responsive. There's no return policy but the seller does offer replacement. I wanted to request a replacement because this product didn't work as I expected. However, seller suggested a rest and re-pairing, which helped a little.

Found the back opening to place batteries was very difficult to open, other than that is fine.

I only bought this remote as my open box tv did not come with one. It functions well, just which it had backlighting. The remote buttons are mostly the same design as most remotes which tend to leave a bit to be desired, from a design standpoint. It connected with ease. I have not tried the voice command as that is just not something I generally use on devices.

Works to par if not better than the remote that came with the tv originally. Pairing was fast and easy, even “Feels” better in the hand than the last one. Idk man but im pretty satisfied.

I don't usually do reviews but this product is deserving of a pretty good one. So far at least (bearing in mind that I only received it yesterday). First, the ehh part. It's not OEM Samsung. It feels lighter and 'cheaper' than OEM Samsung. The battery compartment is opened by sliding the full backplate off instead of only sliding down half the backplate. This makes it much more difficult to remove and access the batteries than the OEM Samsung remote. Now the good news. It works better than the Samsung OEM remote. The pairing went exactly like the instructions said and pairing it didn't disable the original Samsung OEM remote. The instructions also say that, once paired, your Samsung account should be accessed to enable some kind of 3rd party software to enable the voice feature.. but surprisingly, the voice feature on mine just worked after the pairing without doing that. The really surprising part is that the menus and 'guidance' offered onscreen while using this remote is completely different than what I get when using the Samsung OEM remote. For some reason the suggestions etc. are significantly better! It's like this remote accesses a higher level of menus within the TV. I'm not sure what to think about this other than to wonder why the remote that came with my TV appears to not be the most recent version and also wonder why it lacks the voice feature when, clearly, the TV supports it. At any rate I'm giving this remote 4 stars because of the cheaper feel (which isn't terrible, but noticeable) and the difficult battery compartment access. Plus the fact that it's new and I really can't say anything about the longevity. I hope it lasts but for some reason it also wouldn't surprise me if it has a relatively short life. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying it.
