H&H CB4 Corrosion Block, 4-Ounce

This stuff is a must have for cleaning and preventing battery and battery terminal corrosion, circuit, board, corrosion, and lubrication for moving parts. I have used it on all different types of electronics, but the main thing I use it for is when I leave batteries in an electronic item for too long and corrosion buildup on the negative terminals. I scrape off what I can using a sharp metal instrument, brush away the rest with a wire brush, then apply Product. Not only does it wash away the remaining corrosion, it prevents new corrosion from forming. I don’t know exactly how long it prevent it from returning, but I have items in which I have used it where the corrosion has not returned for at least 2 to 3 years.

I spray all my wiring harnesses and connections on my boat annually. I also spray inside my outboard engine cowling to protect everything from salt and corrosion. Also is good for cleaning and protecting my aluminum T-top frame. Awesome product.

I purchased this to help free a stuck seatpost. This was not the ordinary stuck seatpost - this was a long aluminum alloy seatpost stuck in an aluminum Cannondale frame. Had I had time to let it soak in for a couple of days instead of a couple of hours, it probably would have done more to loosen it. As it stands, even the combination of a massive bench vise and TWO strong young guys would not have broken it free without Corrosion Block. When the post finally emerged, we could see clearly that it had penetrated a couple of inches in couple of hours and had unstuck corrosion where it had reached. I'll give it more time to work next time!

Used to clean and treat boat electronic panels. Instantly cleared any visible corrosion. Pump action made it easy to apply without getting it all over. Will see if works long term for corrosion protection

Cap was missing from one spray can and there was a old rubber band stuck to the same spray can. Can seemed to be used (probably a return that wasn't checked) I was very disappointed that this was sent to me in this condition.

I squirted some of this into what space there was between two aluminum pipes (one inside the other) and was able to separate them, whereas I was unable to separate them before I used this stuff, so I suppose it works. I'm hoping that it will maintain its anti-corrosive properties under water.

Sprayed it on the back of a circuit board in my motor home, especially where there were connections to it. Also sprayed inside the connectors. Blotted it, let it dry for 10 minutes, put it all back together, and all worked perfectly! Great product.

had a couple of aluminum fittings on the boat that got out of hand. between saltwater and just plain hard water they seemed hopeless. i read the review and thought, "what can i lose". the parts were no longer available from the manufacturer. it was this or nothing. i put it on twice a day. i will admit it took 2 weeks to fully work but it was more than worth it. came apart like there was never anything wrong. i cannot believe how well it worked. i am guessing a lot of people have fittings that are not nearly as bad as mine were. if you have time and patience this is the product for you. i honestly can't say enough good about it.
