I'll keep it short and sweet. I recommend having a chaser nearby when you immediately take this, because this does not taste good at all, but but but, that's the only downside. I bought the berry flavor first and now I have ordered my second bottle. I will be ordering more bottles for my husband and me. The taste is bitter as described. I take it as a tea and sip it slowly. Hot water, vanilla , hibiscus tea and soursop as recommended by Camile Hayes on Facebook. My husband has to add a little honey to get it down. I did not like the taste but prayed that this is good for my body and a must. With God's help I am getting it down. Pros: better sleep, less bloat, calm, and less sugar cravings( I have an extremely sweet tooth) and cravings in general. It is also suppose to help with weight loss and I am waiting to see what happens in that area. Once you can figure out how to get it down for yourself, it will help your body.

To all of you that think this taste is bitter. It tastes like a very heavy cayenne pepper based cleansing ritual. It does its job you do use the bathroom you clean out your colon but due to everybody saying it has a bad taste when you do a body detox you are on a strict water and detox potion lifestyle for at least a week to three. It’s works very well for bloating. It also gives you free bowel movements. It’s very bitter but you just have to put it in a little of your favorite juice. I think it will work well for weight loss if you’re consistent and eat healthy.

I was amazed the first dose...can I say energized, focused! If and only if you can take that taste..ive been taking this Soursop for approximately 3 weeks...this is my senerio, eat a little breakfast, put some drink in my mouth hold it, take my soursop, then more drink then drink baby drink..then to take the taste totally out of my mouth, I put about 6 redhots candy and just swoosh around a second! Bam, bad taste gone, now I can be energized throughout the day..not to mention, no more laxatives, this product takes care of that too. Very good product, I will buy again..

It has an unpleasant very bitter taste but it sure does what it’s supposed to. It let you go to the bathroom on the regular what I’ve noticed I pass a lot of mucus in the feces. Have something to eat right after taking it to get the taste away overall it’s a very good product I take meds that causes constipation and with this product I go at least twice a day I feel relief

This is a great product! The taste is bitter but most herbs are so it’s not that bad. It’s easy to use and when you stay consistent you’ll feel better and see some weight loss . Just drink your water also.
