I LOVE LOVE LOVE this item. It’s lightweight and does everything! It smooth my hair if I want it smooth, it curls great and provides decent volume for my straight fine hair. It even dries my hair in half the time as my regular hairdryer. It is a bit pricey, but it is hopefully the last hairdryer that I buy.

I bought this Dyson with great enthusiasm and from the first moment it worked PERFECTLY. It has incredible power, leaves the hair beautiful and you can totally see the quality. I loved it from the first use. Unfortunately, after about two uses, the equipment stopped working properly and broke. I was quite worried because it's a big investment, but I decided to contact Amazon customer service... and honestly, it was an excellent experience! The process was super fast, very easy, and they sent me a replacement without complications. Now I have the new one and it's working wonderfully, just like the first one at the beginning: powerful, efficient and high quality. So although I had a problem with the first unit, Amazon's attention was excellent and the product when it works well (like this new one) is really worth it.

I absolutely love this thing. My hair is healthier with it than with any of my other styling tools. It’s pretty easy to master. The app is super helpful as well. The positives are how easy it is to use , the heat level that’s required is so much lower than with the curling iron or flat iron, there are numerous attachments, and of course, the Dyson performance and value.

I bought this in July 2025. It is the end of February 2026. The hairdryer keeps tripping the GFCI breaker in my bathroom. I tried other sockets to make sure it wasn't a bathroom socket/plug issue. Alas, the hairdryer shut itself while plugged at different locations around the house. I even took off the attachment. The body/motor just won't stay on. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. No more hair products from Dyson for me.

I thought Bluetooth for a hair tool was unnecessary, but it actually enhances the experience by adjusting heat and airflow automatically. The attachments are versatile, allowing me to achieve different looks effortlessly. It can straighten hair, add volume, and curl without extreme heat. One of the best features is how quickly it dries soaking wet hair—I’ve gone from dripping wet to fully dry in just about six minutes! Overall, the Dyson Airwrap ID is a game-changer. It’s efficient, easy to use, and much more than just a styling tool. If you’re on the fence about the price, the convenience and results make it worth it.

Works really well, I will say the price is a bit outrageous but I feel like compared to my other blowout tools, this is game changer in how much time it saves and how much better it is on my hair. If you can shell out $$$ this is for you. I will say the ID part of it literally makes so difference. It’s just an app you have to download and it presets the heat and cool setting only for curls. If you’re debating between the standard model and this one, just go with the standard model

en varios comentarios vi que decían que el número de serie de su dyson no les aparecía en la app y que por eso era clon, a mi me sucedió el mismo problema, pero investigue y las personas que lo compraron aquí en México si lo quieren registrar en la app de dyson México no les dejará ya que el producto es importado de estados unidos, deben buscar en su navegador dyson product registration, ya ingresando les pide sus datos y ya introducen el número de serie y ya te mande a la página de dyson, y al parecer es original

The power button broke after the first use.

Llegó bien empaquetada, lo único que me causa conflicto es que al ingresar en la app de dyson me envía un modelo diferente al entregado, también la di de alta en Dyson USA y si aparece con la serie pero me llegó un correo directo de Dyson aparece el producto que es el que me entregaron

PORFAVOR les suplico me den chance de una devolución. El ultimo día era apenas ayer y tuve un problema PORFAVOR 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Tengo mi plancha Dyson para México 110 V, 220v para viajes amo mi plancha Dyson pero la airwrap no funciona . Por favor ayuda !
