Exactly as expected
Exactly what you'd expect from Pepperidge Farms. I sent this three-pack as a surprise in the mail. It was quickly delivered and no different from the Milano's that you'd buy in the store. High-quality and delicious cookies with Pepperidge Farm no matter which variety you buy. Would buy again!

The product has delivered on July 1, 2025, however the package has an expired sell by date of June 26, 2025. Very disappointing.

Love these, but they melt when it’s hot AND get broken easily in transit
I love these cookies, and they usually taste great. However, I’ve noticed that every time I’ve ordered them during the hotter months, they’ve arrived melted and broken. I can still eat them, and they have the same texture, but it’s so much more messy inside the packaging, and the cookies just don’t stay together properly from being thrown around in the delivery vehicles. It would be a lot better if Amazon would ship these with cold packs or something, like they seem to be happy to do with Reese’s candies, as well as in a little extra protection, because this is getting ridiculous. I’d love to eat the cookies the way they’re intended, NOT broken and melted all over the place. They’re chocolate — they’re not supposed to brave hot weather without help.

Not Delicious Enough to Warrant the Calories..
These cookies arrived in good condition and well before the expiration dates on the packages. Great job on Amazon's part! However, despite the cookies being fresh, they are pretty dry and tasteless. Also, these are supposed to be "Double Chocolate" with twice the chocolate of a regular Milano. They are not. There is barely any chocolate in them. I'm a person who really likes baked goods, but these are no treat for me at all. I had them on auto-delivery in a 3-pack for the last year, but have cancelled. After eating one package out of the last shipment, I still have two packages left, which never happens with treats in this house. There is simply nothing appealing about these. They are just "meh". Again, not an Amazon issue. It's a Pepperidge Farm issue. These cookies are tasteless. It's like eating cardboard.
