This blender was perfect for my needs. I recently started making smoothies and blender soups. The cup is an ideal size for one person living in a studio space, and it looks beautiful out on the counter. I also appreciated the simplicity of the settings and ease of use/cleaning.

I really wanted to like the Our Place Splendor Blender since we already enjoy other products from the brand, but this one didn’t quite work for me. It definitely has power — the 1000W motor blends fast and handles fruit and ice without much effort. But the biggest issue is how loud it is. Even on the lower setting, it’s one of the noisiest blenders I’ve used, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to make a quick drink early in the morning. The other problem is the design of the blending cup or container. Whenever I finished blending and went to remove it, it always felt like I had to be extra careful to avoid spilling. The connection point doesn’t feel secure enough during the twist-off, so unless you’re slow and very precise, the risk of a mess is pretty high. It happened more than once. After trying it a few times, I found myself reaching back for my Vitamix — quieter, sturdier, and easier to use without worrying about leaks.

Good quality, easy to use, easy to clean and functional.

This Blender is really easy access and easy to keep clean.
