I wanted to write this review about the cake batter flavoring I had ordered recently. This isn't the first flavor I have ordered from Dolce Flav, I have order Pistachio, Birthday cake, and Ube. Hands down Ube is my favorite, but all the flavors I have bought have all been delicious! I have used them in drinks and food mostly. I love how much extract is in each bottle, it really does last, a little goes a long way. I feel the price is decent considering the amount of extract each bottle has. Right to the top of the bottle. Make sure you are careful when you first open the bottles, because they are so full you might need to take some of the extract out before inserting the lid with the dropper on it. If you don't you might end up smelling and tasting like your extract lol. The extracts blend well, both colored and translucent. The cake batter is delicious and goes great in whatever you put it in. I have enjoyed using Dolce Flav extracts and am looking forward to trying more of their flavors.

I don't know how they do it but Dolce Flav takes the natural essence from fruit and gives you a clear, ultra concentrated extract. The bottle comes with a dropper and that's because it only takes a few drops to get the flavor you need. It tastes 100% apple, not chemically at all. This 2-oz bottle will last me years and was a bargain price.

Not cheap, but it was recommended for homemade low carb mock cornbread, (which has no corn in it.) This makes the "cornbread" taste like corn! If that is the kind of thing you plan to use this for, you will not be disappointed!

I use three drops in chocolate protein smoothies (for further enhancement) and also coffee. Quite good, and much better than Capella chocolate flavor drops. It does start to taste noticeably artificial if you use too many drops, but in small amounts it's really good. Quite a large bottle, too. I also want to say: I bought another bottle of Dolce Flav extract that was not up to the same quality. I reached out to Dolce Flav's email address to explain the issue and they immediately refunded me. I appreciate a company standing by their word and I think that deserves credit too.

Since this product is ineligible for a return, meaning customers HAVE to keep it even if it is diabolically disgusting and different from every other cake batter extract on the market, the only way for consumers to make informed consumer choices and have their consumer rights protected would be for us to leave a review of the product. with that in mind, here is my review! I use cake batter extract for certain very specific lattes and desserts. I have used various brands, and this one tastes like straight chemicals. I'm sorry for not being able to provide a more clear description of its taste, but I can say for certain that it does *not* replicate the taste of any other product on the market, including McCormick. I would *not* bake with this ever again. This literally provides no value for your money at all- at almost double the price tag of competitor extracts, you're basically throwing your money, and any drinks/foods you make with it, into the garbage. I can't fathom how they came up with an extract that leaves such a strong aftertaste, and doesn't taste anything like cake batter, but I do *not* recommend anyone get this thinking they're going to make a stellar sugar cookie latte.

I could hardly wait to use this product to see what it taste like. I bought a different brand a few years ago, but never used it due to a sudden move. It's still packed in storage now and will likely be expired by the time I unpack it. My daughters (now) fiance, although he likes corn, is allergic to it, so I hurridly made corn bread without any corn meal yesterday before dawn. I added the 5 drops of corn flavor the recipe actually called for, which ended up not quite enough- for me anyways. I used the convenient and handy eye dropper so I wouldn't spill and waste. I noticed the measure on the eye dropper, but didnt check it closer. I also noticed the strong odd smell. It didn't smell like any corn I had ever smelled, so I was apprehensive to add more drops. But what the heck right? Essential oils can smell nothing like the herbs they used to get them, why not this concetrated flavoring. The box it comes in indicates it is very concentrated. Besides, I had an agenda! I was in an excited rush to both try it out, and have the cornbread cooked and the oven shut off before twilight dawn when Shabbat begins. I added my 5 drops, mixed and baked. Not checking if more was needed would've been my error. The packaging is impressive, its packed to avoid breakage and leakage. I like our Amazon delivery person, and it was right on time. I liked everything about it EXCEPT there is no indication anywhere that this product doesnt have any corn what so ever, so who knows if my future son in law will get sick if I use it. Everything isn't about keto, and for allergies, the bottle "should" say, so I am giving it 4 stars for attention. The cornbread seemed to take forever even in my convection oven, but it finally browned. I took it out and shut things off in time to enjoy Shabbat with a hot piece of cornless? "cornbread".I could've added more corn flavor (my bad) but with the melted butter it was very good. I know how I will tweak the recipe next time. In fact with gmo corn being rampant, provided this flavoring isn't just as bad, I will most likely be purchasing this again and using it to flavor butter, and to replace corn in chowders, soups and many other recipies. In fact I will order apple flavor next, because her fiance is also allergic to apples. This way he won't have to miss out! Bon appetite

I use these mainly to flavour vape juice. The pineapple is amazing! Leaves a great aftertaste! Make sure get water soluble for vaping.

I made a low carb vanilla tangerine apricot mug cake the other day using these flavours and it tasted incredible. Compared with other types of flavour concentrates & extracts these are more dimensional. Other flavours are a photocopy whereas these a digital print.
