I shopped around for a good nugget ice maker for a bit and all of them had their own problems. Most of them are insanely priced appliances too. GE wants $500 for theirs, that's 50% of what I paid for my fridge. I never bought a newair product but it was easy to clean when I first got it and I plugged it in and it started making ice. Easy. It makes a bit of noise as any ice maker would but it's relatively quiet. Makes tons and tons of ice, I think a family of five like mine could go through some ice but it keeps up quickly. Very impressed.

This makes fantastic amounts of ice quickly. It is small and doesn’t take much cabinet top space. Easy to use. Holds great amount of water. Works great & quiet.

I purchased this in March and have used it several days per week for a few hours each time. While I was initially pleased with this ice maker for the months of April & May, by the end of June, it became glaringly obvious that this ice maker is simply junk. In June, it began to emit an unbearable level and amount of noise with every use. It is intolerable. The noise escalates and can be heard outside. I would have to turn off this ice maker, but the noise doesn’t stop until the unit is actually unplugged from the outlet. I will never buy another icemaker from this mfgr again, this ice maker is simply an expensive piece of junk.

This little nugget ice maker was perfect for our camper. It spits out ice very fast. Very compact. Ice was great.

I love this ice maker I had a different one before this one and this one not only takes up less space but has had no problems making ice, it's easy to fill with water and it's quiet. I highly recommend this especially if you're a nugget ice lover. I can't live without it. I was tired of buying it from food or drink places it's so nice to have it conveniently at home.

Perfect size for under kitchen cabinets. Love that the door opens in front instead of on top. Very convenient. Much quieter and produces ice quicker than expected. Prior New Air lasted 5+ years. It made bullet ice and was slower and louder. Very happy with the purchase and New Air’s ice makers.

Stopped working after 3 months. Contacted the manufacturer, after several calls & emails they said they were sending me a replacement but I had to pay $30 for shipping, no problem. Then after another several calls & emails they sent me fake FedEx tracking info that claimed the replacement was delivered to “the garage” which I don’t have and there was no delivery photo. After another spree of calls and emails they said I had to file a claim with FedEx. I contacted FedEx and the shipper/FedEx account holder must file the claim. This is such a scam.

Compact and Fast Ice. Bought as a backup for a failing higher priced unit that was less than two years old. Received new unit and stored until original one gave up. When unboxed and set up it worked perfectly and continues to do so.
