Good book
This book is helpful and instructive for what its purpose is used for. I would say it is slightly technical and was somewhat hard for me to read, but for the subject I would not complain about being too over my head. I would say this is an excellent book, but a tough read for just one semester. It is being used to suppliment another class I am now taking.

It is not a book for beginners, it is a book for those who have vast knowledge.
I hope Pearson reviews the sixth edition. It is not clear which parameters were used to solve problems, so it is impossible to study by yourself. I wish I could return to Pearson!

Amazing book that sums up all the mechanical and electrical systems in a building. This book has written nicely with great schematics and drawing. A must read for budding building managers and facility managers

I got a fresh book in the price of used book. I got it delivered almost in 3 weeks and more. They take a lot more time to deliver. Definitely go for it if you dont need it urgently and can wait for some days to get it delivered.
