Do not buy this if you are looking for passive readings.
The app that is needed to use the watch is poorly designed, can not access some functions as it isn't clear on how to change things in the app. The customer service that the app provides is just a FAQ. The watch itself does not passively check heart rate or steps. Feels clunky on my wrist, it doesn't fit a smaller wrist size. It is worse than a watch as it is heavier. It only passively does sleep tracking up to 8:30 am after that it stops tracking how long you have been asleep, as someone who goes to sleep at 6 am some days this thing would have you believe that I only slept for 2 hours when I really slept for 7. There is no sound quality as it has no speakers. None of this is on the description. I was expecting something like a fit bit but not tied to a google account. This is a watch and not a smart one.

Updated review 5.6.2025
Looks nice, but doesn't work well. I had noticed over the last few days that the step count seemed very low. I walked about an hour this morning and it only tracked 20 steps. I am going to outreach the seller to see about getting a replacement. If I get one, and it works better I will update this review. Update: I followed the faq and it is tracking much better. I am not confident that is tracking 100%, but it is close enough. Not gonna lie, the app is my favorite part of the purchase. The app tracks far more than most other apps and is very intuitive. I have changed the face of my watch to something less busy.

Constant HR can't run in background on Android, huge disappointment
Wasn't very impressed with this watch. Now, I say this on full account that it's a $26 smart watch, which I do take into considerable account, or else this would be 2 stars. One of the primary reasons I purchased this watch to begin with was the constant HR monitoring, and the SP02 ability. First off, the heart rate is NOT constant, at least not for Android, it more than half the time when I'd try to take a heart rate, it would tell me to position the watch properly...which it always was in a "proper" position when I had to go through 3 or 4 clicks to even get there. It didn't seem entirely accurate, and the fact that it couldn't constantly monitor alone was reason for the return. SP02 did seem to work as planned, but both HR and SP02 would only function when on that screen on the phone. That's pretty annoying if you want to monitor. This was made even more confusing when seeing that both HR and SP02 show on the home screen, but since they can't be taken anywhere but from their respective screens, it was useless. The rest of the fuctions worked better, but unfortunately the main reasons I bought it did not. The screen would scroll ok, although not the smoothest...but again, this is a $26 smart watch, so I considered it in the "as expected" wheelhouse. The screen looked more vibrant and better than I would have ever expected in this price range, and that's one of their strong suits they should be pushing. The material the band was made of was smooth and I actually really liked it. The watch itself wasn't overly heavy or clunky, and that was another huge pro. The speak was very tinny (not tiny), and despite that, I didn't even expect it to have one at this price point so that was another decent surprise. At the end of the day, I simply can't give this watch more than 3 stars, as some of the most basic vital functions don't work unless on their respective screens. They don't seem to be able to run in the background. Now, this is on Android, and perhaps the app with Apple phones is much more on the ball, but for these reasons I just had to send it back. If you're not particularly picky about the vitals, you'll likely find this to fit your bill nicely, and at a price that's still a little hard for me to believe, having even had the watch myself.

Phone Calls Directly on Watch!
Nice quality watch and features, especially at this price point. An unexpected bonus is the ability to make and receive phone calls directly from the watch with a good watch speaker and microphone.

You get what you paid for-UNDERWHELMING
I am on my 2nd one now. First one stopped working after just 1 day at the beach (not waterproof). I admit some of the features and functionality are fun, but it is only just a watch, if the health features don't work. Example: the step counts are never correct. For instance, I have been awake now for an hour. Gone to the bathroom, grabbed 2 cups of coffee and it still hasn't registered any steps. Additionally, the sleep function is unreliable. I don't know what system they use to register sleep, but it needs updated. Lastly, there is no way a person could carry out a phone conversation with the poor sound quality. The ratings have dropped since I first bought this, but I guess you get what you paid for.

Definitely worth a try!
I have been using for one month, highly suggest giving it a try. This does so many things!! Great battery life. Paired well with the heath app on my iPhone. Worth the money.
