Bella Dancerella Cheerleader DVD

Bella Dancerella Cheerleader is a great DVD! It is so much fun, very well made, entertaining to a large age group, great exercise for the kids(and me too when they get me to do it with them!). It starts off with showing lots of cheerleaders doing a big routine(they don't teach this one, but the kids jump around to it anyways). Then Bella and a few of her friends do an instructional warm up without pom poms, but with cheers and lots of spirit! Then they teach the basic positions(high "V", low "V", etc.)Then they teach an easy/moderate routine step by step, using all of the positions they just taught. They do one song where they mention the floor mat(which we do NOT have), the floor mat really is not necessary for this DVD. Then they show beginner baton moves and then one of the girls shows off her skills so you can see what you can do with lots of practice. Bella encourages you to practice: "make your good better, and then your better best!" Then a big group of cheerleaders do a half time show, and again they don't teach this part, but my kids don't seem to care, they just love jumping and singing along with the DVD. Every second of this DVD is full of fun, great catchy songs, and LOTS of spirit!!! I find myself singing the songs for the rest of the day! My girls are 18 months, almost 3, and 4 1/2. They all love it, but my 4 year old loves it the most, and takes her cheerleading practice very seriously! I think up to about 8-9 year olds would love this DVD!

My 3 and 4 yr old neices loved it. Ended up having to buy them each one. I myself think it wasnt very instructional. Repeats the Bella song too much. But it was for the kids!

My 3-year-old loves Bella Dancerella. We've watched the DVD at least 20 times in less than a week and although I'm exhausted from just watching all the cheering, my daughter is still really into it. You don't even need the dance mat, pompoms, or baton - the pompoms and baton you can find for cheap online or at garage sales, and my 3-year-old doesn't even notice the dance mat. Awesome product!

Great DVD for my daughter she loves cheering, dancing and singing. Good DVD for small girls. Cheers were easy to learn..

My 4 year old daughter loves this DVD. She jumps up and down in front of the TV by herself or with friends for hours. She really tries to do the moves described in this DVD..would buy other Bella intstructional DVDs.
