Fantastic little toy!
Fantastic Little toy. The helicopter was easy to fly for complete beginners (9 & 11 year olds), looked good, was light enough to bounce when dropped but didn’t feel cheap- rather sturdy in fact. Can be flown indoors.

Short battery time
Great little helicopter and easy to fly. Great fun. Only issue is the battery time. 7 mins if ur lucky for a battery. Yes u get 2 but that's only 14 mins of flying time. Doesn't take an incredibly long time to charge but when it is charged like most people my want to go back to it had left. So it went back in its box. Shame really. If there was a way to make it last longer then it would be 5 stars but the 4 is because of the short time only. Everything else is spot on

Great fun!
This is brilliant! A lot of fun for all. Bought for my 7 year old nephew and everyone was getting involved. It has a little charge to start so you can play with it straight out of the box but would recommend a good charge before. It did get knocked about a bit while he was practicing but stayed in one piece!

Quirky to say the least - XIKOTEC RC Helicopter Military
It sort of resembles the modern Apache type helicopters, aside the coloured flashing lights on the side (which you can turn off thankfully). I've owned and flown heaps of RC flying stuff, helicopters, quad drones etc.. and this one I have to say works fine but is somewhat too quirky for me to give it top marks. Everything I comment in here is in comparison to the many I've had, and still fly about the house: It's as stable in flight as many, though it does wander about a lot more due to normal air currents in the room. That needs a fast eye and quick response to compensate. The up/down stick has to be moved some distance before it responds, meaning you get less tactile feel from it. Move the stick, nothing... nothing.... nothing... jumpy response! It does have an interesting feature though: When you get it to hover you can effectively let go and it will maintain a constant height, or at least it tries to. It will drift quite a bit due to air currents, and as I said earlier it drifts more than most. It also has am interesting button on the remote control: An auto takeoff & landing button! Place the chopper on the floor, click that button, it bursts into life and instantly heads up toward about six foot in altitude. It surprises you the first few times, and it leaves me not trusting it! Click it again and it will descend quite rapidly and shut down when landed. Ps, it has an auto cut out when you land it, and if you crash it! That's quite a cool feature. So how does it fair overall? The left/right rotation is crisp and solid, but overall it's not very responsive in flight. It drifts about a lot, and leaves you feeling like you have not a lot of control to be honest. If you're a newbie to flying these things I'd bet you'll not be keen on it. The vertical controls are sloppy and the forward/backward need quick responses to keep it from going out of control (when it actually starts to respond). Price? Wow, at sixty quid I can't believe it. I've had loads that fly way better for half that price, many either branded Syma models (the S107 is a firm favourite) or others similar. All with the same kind of control system, most way more responsive and controllable. Overall; Given my moaning I do like this, given its quirkiness, but for many people it might be a bit too unpredictable and I just can't escape that price! If it were the best flying thing that ever flew around my house then yes, but it's not the best.
