Works well...
I use this almost every day for the energy and pick me up benefit. I know it has many beneficial properties. My favorite way to use besides in a smoothie, is just a teaspoon of both this and turmeric, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a shot of water and using my frother, blend well; then pour in milk while still frothing. Makes a great quick pick me up breakfast on the run, or late in the day pick me up. Taste alone is a bit earthy, but with the spices, you don't notice. I believe this has helped balance my stress level and calmed me. I have not had any stomach upset or ill effect of any kind. I'd buy it again.

A must for everyday health.
I mix this with Maca,Spirilina, Vitamin C powder, Milk Thistle, and Dandelion Root powder. I find it helps with anxiety, gives me energy without the jitters, and my focus is better. I stopped using it for a week and caught a cold I started again and boom I'm back into action. I'm older and it doesn't upset my stomach. Love this powder! It came quickly and large bag. I give it a 5.
