So here's my 2 cents on the product. The product came in a box and Shipping was fast. It was sealed properly. The quality seems to be good but the settling was to be expected i guess so maybe get like half or 3/4 of full product. The tast was pretty good as I got the Chocolate Supreme. Bought this to aid in my weight loss goals and trying to add more protein in my diet. The Nutrition Facts are only 120 Calories and Protein is 26 grams. It makes for a great meal replacement and/or pre and post workout shake. The only difference is that it dissolves better when I blend it in the blender rather than my blender cup most times. It does help with appetite control and being full longer as it is slow digesting. The Amino Acids for muscle recovery seem to do its job post workout for me. Other than that, I have no complaints on the product and feel that the vaule was not bad for the price I paid. Overall, it did what I needed it to do for my workouts and balanced diet.

OK, casein pudding. 1 scoop of casein protein and 2/3 cup of skim milk, mix, refrigerator for 10 minutes and bam! This makes evening snacks healthier and smarter. It also makes for super thick protein shakes with just water. If you don't like thin shakes, this is for you. I've only tried chocolate myself, will definitely try the others coming up. The taste is different, I like it, but it's different. I could see some people complaining because of it not being Hershey bar flavor. I wish I could articulate the address of the chocolate flavor, but I can't, it's just different. Ho voluto per una volta provare un prodotto con un costo maggiore ma devo dire che ne vale ogni centesimo. Già aprendo il barattolo si sprigiona un profumo ottimo. Non è necessario lo shaker in quanto anche in un bicchiere con due giri di cucchiaino sono già perfettamente miscelate. In ultimo, il gusto è eccezionale e rimane nel palato molto a lungo.
