It is really very tricky and hard to use, the label got wrinkled, or awry, crumples, and there is no way to get more info on how to install it properly....

This is such a well designed machine and easy to adjust to different bottle sizes. Also, easily adjust to the exact and consistent placement on the bottle as well.... This really has increased my companies productivity. What's also nice is that there is literally nothing to break on this machine. Super sturdy. I had a question about the set up in the beginning so I called START International and their customer service was excellent. I was set and applying labels in no time.

Just didn't work well for me. I had two bottle sizes and bother were easier to just peel off and add. Big disappointment.

Don't buy this if you are using this to amp-up production or save time. I read the previous reviews and thought i'd try it anyways. Not a good idea. The labels are NOT consistent. Every label comes out too high or too low. I have spent more time readjusting the machine/ tinkering/ fixing labels by hand. There is also nothing to really adjust either so you can't pin point where the problem is exactly because its such a simple yet poorly made machine. I am not happy and will be sending this back.

I truly like this labeler. It makes life much simpler for my company. I would definitely recommend it.

so disappointed! I EXPECTED THIS TO REALLY COME IN HANDY AND SPEED UP OPERATIONS. It did the exact oppoisite. From the start it just never rolled correctly. Not sure if I got a used one but will never buy another for sure!

This labeler is not very well designed. Even though there are guides on the label roll spool the labels get crooked very easily and the do not apply evenly. It takes a lot of re calibrating to get it to do a few bottles and then you have to re calibrate again. Would not recommend.

Own a brewery, and bought this to label Quart sized cans (before only used printed glass growlers). We use large labels (6"h X 10"w) and it can hold a roll of 1,000 (just barely). You'll want a #4 label dispense option for the label roll (your printer will know what you're talking about), as shown on the video. I labeled about 1800 cans in 5-6 hours today so it works very well, especially for the price. There are some nuts on the screws of the two knobs (shown in the picture) that need to be adjusted higher so the knobs can tighten the end roller securely to the paper feed. Once you figure this out, and adjust the knobs until you get an even label placement, you're golden. Short of buying an automated canning line, I would recommend this product.
