Great product
The printer prints properly. I was having trouble operating it as it was beeping continuously however the team contacted me with their executive Vikas and with his proper guidance I was able to load the paper properly and make it work. Thank you so much.

Good and handy product
In last 2-3 months i using that thermal printer 🖨️ it's helpful meny times to me. I like that product. 👌👍 and it's simple to use. Also the customer service representative care very good 😊

Proactive customer service
Good printer under 2000, but after 2 months their was a failure. Printer was in waranty and replaced after proper troubleshooting and issue resolved within 2 weeks.
