keeps turning off changed power supply and still turns off when its on its a decent little computer and runs lightburn fine but after about 30 minutes it just turns off i turn it back on and 30 min later it turns off again was staying on for about 2 hours at first so i thought maybe it was getting hot so i put a fan on it. the room i use it in is a constant 71 degrees f. speed never goes above 2 on lightburn

I’m very impressed so far. I updated all the software, including the Intel driver, directly from Intel’s site. Everything has been running flawlessly. As a former overclocker, I was initially concerned about thermals, but the system behaves well—temps can reach around 60 °C, and the fan ramps up appropriately.I finally accessed the BIOS through Windows Advanced Startup. The ESC key turned out to be the correct BIOS entry key. The BIOS itself is pretty bare‑bones, but it gets the job done. I increased the PWM slope so the fan responds more aggressively to rising temperatures and keeps the CPU cooler, though that adjustment probably wasn’t necessary. There’s also a Performance preset in the BIOS that would achieve a similar effect. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the package. I especially love the CPU’s LCD—it shows the exact information I usually run specialty tools to monitor. I’ve been using this mini PC for a week now and it’s honestly amazing. The built in 2.1” screen is super handy. It shows real time CPU, GPU, RAM info so I don’t need to open extra software or hook up another monitor. The chip is super fast and handles everything I throw at it, from multitasking to light editing. I love that I can connect up to 3 displays, great for my work setup. Plus, it’s quiet and really compact, so it fits perfectly on my desk without taking up space. Definitely recommend it if you want desktop power in a small package.

Great little Machine! It's fast, the profile is low, and it's packed with plenty of space and RAM to carry it through it's lifecycle. I booted it to the base Windows install and it was nice and snappy. The screen on the top worked perfectly once the OS was loaded. I moved the Operating system to Debian 12 with zero issues. I did give Proxmox a try on it, but even with one VM, it was getting hot. Debian seems to be working great. I'm docking 1 star for two reasons: 1. You cannot shut off the lights (at least I haven't found a way in the BIOS) and the screen doesn't seem to have drivers in Linux (which I expected) However - on to #2 2. There doesn't seem to be a support website or anything I can find after combing through Google. I was hoping for some Linux drivers (hoping for the screen driver) but I can't find any support for this box. It's a great little machine, I wish the company's presence was more visible - especially if I run into a problem.

This mini PC is great, if it worked properly. So far I've had several dozen BSODs and it's fan makes a scrapping sound every so often. My 3-year protection plan only kicks in after Kootigers's year warrenty expires. It's like pulling teeth to get a hold of Kootigers. Still trying to get a replacement PC.

We wanted an affordable, compact gaming PC that could handle modern games without taking up much space – and this mini PC delivered beyond our expectations! Setting it up was a breeze – just plug into our TV with the included HDMI cable, connect our wireless keyboard/mouse, and pair our existing controllers (8BitDo, Switch, even an old Stadia controller worked perfectly). Gaming performance has been fantastic. After installing Steam and Epic Games, we've been enjoying everything from indie titles to more demanding games. While some AAA games need resolution tweaks on our 4K TV, they run beautifully at 1080p. The 2TB storage means we can keep dozens of games installed at once. The best part? This little box is so small we can easily move it between the living room TV and bedroom. Beyond gaming, it's proven to be a capable all-around PC. Boot-up is lightning fast thanks to the SSD, and we've had no issues with viruses or bloatware. While we mainly use it for gaming, we're excited to try light video editing next. J'ai été déçu de voir que Windows 11 est seulement en Anglais, même si on télécharge le pack Windows en Français, beaucoup de choses demeure en Anglais. Rien ne fonctionne en ce qui concerne le petit écran qui est supposé nous indiqués plein de choses. Genre le processeur, la mémoire, la capacité du SSD ect, mais rien ne fonctionne. Fait seulement trois jours que je l'ai reçu et fait trois fois que je le refait au complet pour corrigé le problème et rien ne fait et le petit logiciel est bel et bien sur le bureau et activer dans la barre des tâches. Très déçu de ce produit. Bonjour, une petite mise à jour concernant mon commentaire sur le mini pc avec lequel j’avais plein de problèmes. Après avoir pris connaissance des problèmes que j’avais avec le mini pc, l’équipe de soutien à communiquer avec moi afin de m’aider à les résoudre. Je ne suis pas un pro en informatique, c'est un excellent ordinateur pour moi avec un écran 180hz , c'est largement suffisant et il remplace mon ancien ordinateur de 12 ans et la différence est ahurissante rapidité, allumage et tout le reste un super petit jouet
