Omax Curcumin

At this point, theres around 20-25+ different forms of curcumin out on the market. Im a nutrition researcher, so Ive looked a bioavailability data on all of them, and many exhibit good bioavailability data; hydrocurc being amongst the top 5. Bioavailability data is great, sure, but what about outcomes? Ive personally tried BCM 95, C3, Meriva, BioCurc, CurcQfen, and this product, hydrocurc. I had previously stuck with Meriva because it gave me the effects I was looking for. However, this hydrocurc is the best form Ive tried. I work out a considerable amount, and within 2 days of starting hydrocurc, my over-use pains were gone (knees, elbows, shoulders). I was also having some idiopathic pain in my thumb and big toe joints that is also gone. Its been the fastest relief Ive felt from any curcumin supplement, and its rather cheap! I do take 600mg a day, so 2 gel caps, but still, a 30 day supply for this price is still quite good for what it does. Highly recommend and Ill probably stick with this brand/form of curcumin whenever I need it. I would like to give Longvida a try at some point, but I dont see it being better than this.

I’ve been taking the product for a little over two weeks and it seems to be working fairly well. I do currently pair with low dose iron as it is supposed to have a synergistic effect. My pain is slightly lessened. The pills are easy to swallow and I do not get heartburn from this supplement as I do with some other curcumin/turmeric pills. I recently added lactoferrin to the pairing as it is supposed to help iron go where it is needed. Curcumin is supposed to help decrease oxidative stress within the body which is a problem for everyone as we age. I will continue buying this supplement in the future as it seems to work much better than any other curcumin supplement I have tried in the past. One last note.. I also like that they do not include piperine (black pepper) for absorption because it isn’t needed with this formulation. I have had reactions to piperine in the past as it can affect the ion channels within the body in a negative way. I know everybody is different and not everyone will respond exactly as I did. But I say give it a try and see if it helps.

This stuff is GREAT. I can FEEL the difference. I use it as an anti-inflammatory agent. The patented technology allows the medicine to get into your bloodstream, not just wasted into the toilet ! The health benefits are amazing. Great value for the money. It's got definite effectiveness. Great deal buying 2 at once. Love this product !

I want to take curcumin for it's amazing health benefits and have tried many. They always upset my stomach. I read all of the great reviews on this product but was still a bit skeptical because of the low dose. THIS stuff is a miracle for me! I have had horrible sinus issues (non-allergic rhinitis) for years and ONE of these small capsules every morning with breakfast has CURED my rhinitis. I understand how dramatic this sounds, bit it is for real. It also doesn't mean that it will be the same for everyone. But hand on the Bible, I'm telling you that is what I experienced. I even stopped taking it for almost a week, and all of my issues returned. I will take this for the rest of my life.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve tried many different Curcumin products and have this particular formulation to be the most potent and effectIve for inflammation and pain relief. I had to take off 2 stars because the last 2 bottles I received were defective; the gel capsules were clumped together and impossible to separate. I’m concerned the bottles may have heat damage and this jeopardized the potency of the capsules.

I always try to go with a natural solution when I can. Honestly, 9.9 times out of 10 they don’t work for me at all, or we’ll less than the drug alternative. This is the 1%. I’d argue it works better than Advil. It also seems to have an effect on more systems. For example, it helps with headaches, but also has a powerful effect on my sinuses. I suffer from hay fever and 20 minutes or so after I take just one of these pills, I feel my ears pop and sinuses clear as if my whole sinus system opens up. It’s quite noticeable and I’ve observed this multiple times. I was NOT asked or compensated in any way to review this product, but given how hard it is to find natural solutions they work, I wanted to share.

I have not been paid nor received any free merchandise for this review. I have tried several other Tumeric/ Curcumin products before. I didn't notice a difference from any of them, or the the difference was questionable. After working out hard with weights, to include squats, I had knee pain as I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I took one of these & after an hour, the pain was gone! The relief that I got was at least as good as, if not better than 600mg of Ibuprofen (trying to decrease my consumption of Ibuprofen). It's hard for me to believe that this "supplement" worked as well as an established medication on the very first dose!
