I was quite sceptical about buying a robot vacuum, but after much research and reading the reviews of the MS1MAX I decided to buy one and I have to say my only disappointment is that I didn’t buy one before. The vacuum is absolutely brilliant, it vacuums, it mops and it does a really good job. It maps out the various floors and divides all the rooms up (which you can then further divide on the app) and then you can set cleaning schedules to either just vacuum or just mop or do both at the same time and off it goes at the times I set. It returns to its base station to empty it’s dust chamber, all you have to do is fill the water chamber with around 220ml of water and a small amount of floor cleaning solution and that’s probably enough for around 3-4 days of mopping the downstairs of an average 4 bedroom house. It is very easy to maintain, the dust and water chamber come out very easily, the roller brush is easy to take out and put back in and the side brush just clips on, all very easy. The app gives you maintenance schedules for changing various parts like brush roller, side brush, filter life and mop pad change, it counts you down like a car service and they last for ever, so don’t need changing often, I was pleasantly surprised how long the life of the consumable parts are, for example the mop pad life is around 9000 minutes and it doesn’t take many minutes to mop your floors! Spare replaceable’s are easy to buy as well and cheap. The app is very intuitive to use. It is extremely flexible and easy to learn, allowing you to set no-go zones, sub divide rooms, set times to clean and how to clean and that’s it, it just does it on schedule. If you are looking to buy a robot vacuum, I would totally recommend buying the MONSGA MS1MAX, you will not be disappointed.

No random bumping around or missed areas — it’s efficient, methodical, and surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. I also appreciate the customisable cleaning zones and schedules via the app, which makes it easy to tailor cleaning to my routine. I was initially just scrolling through Amazon to see if there were any deals & came across this MONSGA robot vacuum & mop. Have always wanted to try a robot vacuum but felt it was a tricky decision to make due to the cost & skepticism attached compared to traditional vacuums. However, I decided to give this model a try as the price was competitive compared to other brands & everyone’s reviews were excellent. Safe to say, my decision was vindicated instantly! This vacuum is exactly as the other reviews indicated; it’s got excellent mapping which allows it to clean every corner & crevice it can reach without banging into walls/furniture unnecessarily. The suction & mopping functions are really efficient & almost comparable to traditional vacuuming. The fact its programmed mapping system allows it return to its charging station & empty the vacuum bag all on its own (without any manual input) is amazing. I can program it to clean when I go for work, and can track its progress on the app even when away from the device. I don’t have to worry if it potentially messes up, and it lets me know when cleaning is finished. Its basically hand free, I honestly could not recommend this product enough.

So far I'm absolutely over the moon with this little robot hoover/mop. I've had it a week, and the difference it has made for me is incredible; I have a disability which has started making tasks like hoovering and mopping leaving me in a lot of pain afterwards. So we decided to get one of these. Having done my research, I decided I wanted one that would do as much as possible, but that would still be affordable. This little devices functions, including having great suction, a really decent mop (with optional y shaped movements to mimic a more natural mop pattern) and self cleaning station put this high up on the list. It also has a really sleek and pleasing appearance and it's shorter height makes it great for fitting under smaller spaces. It's very well put together and feels like it'll last. Taking the dust container out and cleaning is also very easy. During start up, it takes a little tour around the house, moving around all the walls until it has a basic layout of the house. Afterwards, all you really need to do is use the app (or remote) to have it on whatever schedule you wish, or alternatively, just manually telling it where to clean and how (vacuum, mop or both). It's only a week in, but so far I would 100% recommend this product.

A great product for the money, worth every penny. The app is easy to set up and use, I’m not the most tech savvy person but I managed with no problems. The machine maps your rooms first then off it goes, when it’s finished it automatically empties itself into the charging station. If you want it to mop you simply fit the mop attachment and add some water. Don’t expect miracles, it’s not going to do a job like a person scrubbing at the floor but we’ve found sending it round twice a week on the higher setting is a massive help. Very happy.

cant believe the reviews for this. load of rubbish in my view. it was returned straight away. mapping was non existant (nothing like the capability of devices that my friends have). it could not find home and would not start per programmed schedule as when it was finished charging it just powered off. I had to press the power button to get it back on (totally defeating the purpose). hoover suction power seemed ok but mop was not good.

I’ve been using the MONSGA MS1 MAX for a few weeks now and it’s made a big difference in how clean my place feels. The suction is very strong and it easily picks up human hair, crumbs and fine dust. The mopping function also does a good job and leaves the floors looking fresh & shiny. My favorite feature is how smart the mapping system is. The robot scans and remembers the layout of my home, and it actually cleans every corner without missing spots. My previous vacuum didn’t have this feature, so it would often wander around randomly and miss whole areas. It was honestly embarrassing to watch it struggle to find its way back to the dock. The MS1 MAX, on the other hand, moves with purpose, finishes cleaning properly and returns to its base like it knows exactly where it’s going. It’s such a big improvement. The self-emptying base is another thing I really like. I don’t have to empty the bin every time, which saves time and effort. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleaning or send it to specific rooms whenever I want. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes it great to run while I’m working or relaxing. I think in this price range, there are very few LIDAR mapping feature loaded vaccums. Ich nutze den Saugroboter nun seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war schnell erledigt und die Bedienung ist intuitiv. Der Roboter saugt gründlich und zuverlässig, sowohl auf Hartböden als auch auf Teppichen. Staub, Krümel und auch Tierhaare werden problemlos aufgenommen. Die Navigation funktioniert überraschend gut: Er fährt systematisch durch die Räume und stößt kaum irgendwo an. Auch unter Möbeln reinigt er gründlich. Der Geräuschpegel ist angenehm und nicht störend. Besonders praktisch ist die Zeitersparnis – während der Roboter reinigt, kann man sich anderen Dingen widmen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die saubere Böden ohne Aufwand möchten.

After years of procrastinating, I finally bought the Monsga MS1 MAX Robot Vacuum, and it has genuinely changed my daily life. It even gets stuff out of the carpet grooves that I didn't know were there. · Smart & Efficient Mapping: The LDS laser navigation is the key. It mapped my entire apartment quickly and logically. I love watching it in the app; it doesn't just bounce around randomly. It cleans in neat, efficient rows, ensuring it doesn't miss a spot. The no-go zones and room editing in the app work perfectly and a specific rug. · Fantastic App Control: The app is simple and reliable. Scheduling a clean every weekday morning was the best decision. I leave for work, and the MS1 MAX gets to work. Coming home to spotless floors never gets old. The ability to start, stop, or send it to a specific room from my phone is incredibly convenient. · Self-Charging & Resuming: It has a great battery life for my ~1000 sq ft space. When it's low, it dutifully returns to its dock to charge and then, if needed, resumes cleaning right where it left off. It’s completely autonomous. · Mopping Functionality: The electronic water tank is a nice bonus for maintenance mopping.
