Definitely puts you to sleep, the taste is not the greatest for me as I am not really a tea person, I noticed someone wrote that it comes with 7 bags and its a 2 week/14 day cleanse, it tells you on the bag to use every other day, everyone is different I wouldn't recommend doing every night unless you work from home! I just recently started so tomorrow will be my 3rd one I will follow up if I see more of a difference....Please remember everyone's experience is different!
