I've been using Applied Nutrition Stim Free Pump Pre-Workout for a while now, especially because I work out in the evenings and want to avoid caffeine before sleeping. It really delivers when it comes to enhancing my workouts. The pumps I get are phenomenal—full and intense, almost to the point of being painful, which I love. However, there are a few minor downsides. About 5-10 minutes after taking a serving (2 scoops), I experience a significant itching sensation on my face. This itchiness peaks around 20-30 minutes and usually wears off after about 30-40 minutes. Additionally, I sweat noticeably more during my workouts. Despite these minor inconveniences, the incredible pumps make it all worthwhile. The energy boost is modest compared to a caffeine-based pre-workout, but it's sufficient for my needs. In terms of value, taste, and overall effectiveness, this product is impressive. It's a solid choice for anyone looking to enhance their workouts without the added caffeine.

Decent stuff this! Good strength, give yous tingly skin so opens up all the blood vessels ready for your work out! Tastes and smells great! No caffeine in this so no crash or anything form this bit the downside is no increased focus and energy from this product but that’s just I am after

Like most of you, I've gone through a journey with pre-workout. And this product is what I've landed on and stay faithful to. I love that it's both stimulant-free but also gives me a good pump to carry me through my lifts. Good taste and mixes really well. I see no reason to ever switch to another brand/item.
