A unusual but good spice. Comes in a plastic bag, we put in an empty spice container.

look for recipe: Cauliflower Dal with Panch Phoran by Fat Free Vegan. WONDERFUL!! Zero points with Weight Watcher. Amazing, complex flavors.

no fenugreek
there is practically no fenugreek in it - it is not real panch phoron at all, as one of the 5 spices is missing. Total waste of money.. I had to reorder another brand (Rani) - let's see if that has all 5 spices.
