The vacuum on this works well, better than other sets of cups I have. However, I found the cups to be fragile. If you are going to use lotion to move the cups around, I’d caution you as multiple cups cracked when I did this. I also cracked a cup in my hard shell suitcase. My other two sets, I have never had an issues with moving the cups around with lotion or putting them in my luggage. I suppose if you are going to use them the traditional way of leaving them in one place, then this set should work just fine. I give the vacuum a 5 star, but the cups 1 star, thus my 3 star rating.

For the price you can beat it. Only downside was one of the cups dropped and it cracked. But they are easy to use. I got pain relief, minimal but I wasn’t looking for this to cure me.

They work great and have great suctions

I work at a physical therapy clinic and we use the cups atleast twice a day. I ordered some for at home to help with my husbands back pain and just after one use (2 min) he was feeling relief and there was a noticable difference in the swelling he has had. We believe in the power of the cups!! Highly recommend.

I use this all the time, on myself and clients. It’s easy to use and clean. I also purchased a cupping book to go with it.
