Will this fit snugly on a petite woman with small, short fingers? I have a trigger finger on my ring finger.

It might be a little big for very small fingers, but it is adjustable.

Question 2

Can it be worn backward, with the splint on the back of the hand to allow more mobility for the other fingers? Has anyone tried this?  I type all day.

Yes, the splint can be worn on the back of the hand to help you have more movement, the palm strap can also be removed if needed.

How long is the Large brace from end to end, wrist to tip? I need one that is 10 inches

The Large Sized Finger Splint is 10 inches from end to end, and Small/Med Size is 9 inches.

Could you provide more information for measurements of the finger lengths and wrist bands to better decide what size to get

Hi,
Thank you very much for your question regarding our our Finger Splints.

If you measure from finger tip to end of your palm this should give you a bit more guidance:
The full length of the Large Brace is 10 inches, the splint is 7 inches (from finger tip to end of palm)
The full length of the Small Brace is 9 inches, the splint is 6 inches (from finger tip to end of palm)
The wrist bands are full adjustable and will fit up to a max circumference of 14" (large) and 12" (small)

There is a size guide in the image which might also assist.
