Use these all the time. So convenient. No more fighting to rip it off the roll. They are not as big as some of my cookie sheets but still work if you the food isn’t oozing all over. Not the size I was expecting lol. Doesn’t fit a normal cookie sheet. You have to use two shades to fit the whole pan. They were just fine, but I would suggest actually measuring your pan making sure you get the right thing. The packaging really sucked for this, though it came in almost an envelope type packaging.

Bought these parchment paper and no more wrestling with a giant roll like it owes me money. They’re easy, convenient, and make me feel like a professional baker even when I’m really just trying not to burn the bread. Honestly, I didn’t know I had this much unresolved anger toward traditional parchment rolls until now.
