Maxima Fishing Line Mini Pack, Chameleon

I came across this stuff years ago while fishing in Alaska. Maxima was the only line carried by the only store in the only small town for miles around. I bought it back then because it was the only thing available and I have continued to buy it for every salmon fishing trip since because it is superior line strength, knot holding, abrasion resistance, and it disappears in the water.

I picked this up for the main leader material in a Czech nymphing setup. I love how supple and strong it is. I don't find myself fighting as much memory in the leader now between uses. Worth every penny.

This was the perfect size spool for my fly fishing trip to Oak Orchard Creek. Largest trout landed was a beautiful 14.5 lb male Brown trout.
