Good to help on the energy levels
I took one scoop and my energy level went straight up. It takes a while to wear off, so I wouldn’t advise to take it in the evening. Also it makes the whole body itchy. Not crazily uncomfortable but it does itch. I believe is side effect of the B Alanine. I loved it and it helped me to do my training.

Does make me feel itchy. BUT i only feel itchy if i rest more than 3 min after 3 min need to push myself to remove the itch good motivation 👍🏻

One of our go to preworkouts! Great flavors and I feel that it’s strong without being jittery to where you feel sick. Dissolves easy. Love this when I need an extra boost in my workouts!

I love the taste and it really pumps me up to work out. I feel I perform better after using it. Only downside is if taken too close to bedtime it can be hard to fall asleep, but that’s my fault for going to the gym so late at night. Excellent product.
