The ingredients list is impressive. As soon as I opened the tub, I got a whiff of vitamins. The smell you get when opening a bottle of multivitamins. I thought for sure there was no way I’d get my son to even take a small sip of the mixed drink. To my surprise, once mixed in juice, the vitamin taste and smell diminished! Virtually undetectable when mixed in juice. The claims stated in the listing are all true! This is a phenomenal supplement! The ingredients list is well thought out, and backed by studies on supplemental needs of the targeted group. Pricy, but well worth it. I highly recommend giving this supplement drink a shot!

This SpectrumNeeds supplement comes in a dissolvable powder. The lemon is pleasant but is nothing to rave about. What made me ordered this is the extensive list of ingredients and that it is manufactured in the USA. I don't take it everyday, I take it every two to three days to feed some goodness into my body, since I don't always eat a balanced diet. I do feel kind of good after taking it, other than that I don't notice much other effects on me (good or bad). Mine arrived with about 14 months from the expiry date. It is a bit pricy, that's why I only take it every few days :)

It's supposed to help with energy and metabolism, and it gives you antioxidant defense. It also mentions supporting things like neurotransmission and the nervous system. I appreciate that it's a clean formula – no artificial additives or common allergens, which is a big plus for me. It's also made in the USA which is a big requirement for me. It has a lemon flavor, which makes it easy enough to take. Like with most supplements, it's hard to tell instantly if it's hitting every single intended effect, but I'm taking it consistently for its broad support. So far so good.
