歯ぎしりに悩んでいるのでこちらを購入してみました。 海外のものなので若干不安があったのですが、 丁寧な日本語案内文が同封されていたので それにしたがって順番にやっていけばオーケーでした♪ 実はこの前にもっと安いのを購入したのですが、 作成の段階でなかなかお湯の温度を保てずに 商品がまるまってしまいました。 その点、こちらはお値段はするのですが 沸騰したお湯であれば大丈夫、とされており 確かに簡単に自分のマウスピースが作れました！ 素材が２層構造になっていて丈夫で安心ながらも 前の部分が薄くて邪魔になり難いです。 どの程度持つのかが気になりますが、 とはいっても歯医者に行くよりはお安いので 様子見ながらリピートしようと思います♪

I've purchased several of these over the years. With every night use, they last about 4-6 months for me. When making it, I follow the directions exactly and they always turn out with a great fit. Great product for a great price! Good durable material, much higher quality than some other brands I've tried from online purchases. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how some of people find this product useful…i mean its very big for normal mouth and despite following the instructions it is very hard to mold also your jaw and mouth hurts when u put it🙄🙄🙄total waste of money i want refund 🙄🙄

歯が大きいのではみだした。 付け心地はいいです。 違和感はなんにしてもあるとおもいますが 全体的にはいい商品です。

型どりは思ったよりも簡単でした。少し大きく寝苦しさがありましたが、余分なところをカッターで削るとちょうどよい状態になりました。他のを使ったことは無いですが、お値段と歯科に通う手間を考えると良い物と思います。

今までは1000円くらいのものを短期間で交換して使っていました。 使いなれていた事もありいつものようにそちらを購入しつつ、ためにしこの商品も買ってみました。 説明書通りに作業するとまるで特注品のようにぴったりとフィットしました。 今までのものは形成が甘くなりがちでしたが、こちらはその点では全然違います。 薄いので外れやすいかと思いましたが、形成が完璧にできれば逆にぴったりと装着できるので私の場合は大丈夫でした。 噛み抜きにくい2重構造も安心感があります。 高い、とは言っても3千円台ですので気になる方は一度試してみても損はないと思います。

歯ぎしりをするので、いつも愛用しています。 買い替えで購入しましたが、使いやすく、 私はすぐ慣れましたよ。

フィット感がイマイチでした。個人的には合わなかったです。ちょっと高いかな

Did not reach my back teeth

I received the guard today in the mail. It was easy to mold to my teeth. Took only a few mins. It's soft and comfortable on my teeth and almost suctions to my teeth the fit is that good. I'm a clencher and I know this is going to be great for me because when I have the guard on my teeth, it forces me to have my mouth open a little as is takes up room in my mouth and it feels strange to try and close my lips around it. This will stop my clenching as my mom will be slightly open when I sleep. Looking forward to tonight. Great product so far.

The product is easy to custom fit. The instructions on the package are quite clear. The only problem is the size is a bit large. But it stops bruxism and protects teeth, and I can use the product every night.

I ordered it for my daughter who grinds her teeth that was interfering with the alignment of her teeth. After purchasing this product she claims that her teeth are coming back in place.

I love this night guard! I knew I had a problem with clenching my teeth at night, and my dentist recommended I buy a bite splint to help with any jaw pain I was experiencing. I didn't believe it would help but bought one anyway. The first bite splint I bought was impossible to sleep in. The fit wasn't right, and I couldn't adjust it easily. Because of this, I kept gagging and couldn't fall asleep. There was no way I was going to be able to sleep in it. The Doctor's NightGuard is different. It is very simple to mold, and the process is pretty quick and very easy. The fit on my teeth ends up being perfect and pretty comfortable. You still have to adjust to having a block of plastic surrounding your teeth, but it's.fairly thin, and I found it easy to adjust to. After wearing this night guard for a while, I learned I not only had a problem with clenching but with grinding, as well. How did I figure this out? Because I was wearing down the plastic! However, even after 1 1/2 - 2 years of almost nightly wear, I never broke through. The fit stayed great that entire time. I recently bought a new guard (same brand) due to a piece breaking off the back of the guard (the "gooey" innards went beyond the harder plastic edging since I have a small mouth). Don't worry, though - it wasn't something I could have choked on. I bit and played with that plasticky part, and then ripped it off with my hands. The instructions state that you can simply cut off these elongated pieces with a knife.
