Good replacements that stay put
This dozen screws include sizes 5mm, 4mm, and 2.5mm in length and have the blue adhesive on one side of the threads, effectively covering about 1/2 of the lower end of each screw. They work as advertised and are cut accurately. Although the price seems high for a few milligrams of steel, it's a matter of suitability for purpose to determine the value to the buyer. I have an older Asus laptop that has been opened/closed several times for upgrades to RAM, Wifi, SSD, etc. and the screws can work loose after losing that sealant. The various sizes fit different sides of the laptop, typically with longer screws toward the thicker back where the display hinge and exhaust fans are located. I expect these will fit other brands and models and fortunately Amazon returns allow you to take the small risk in buying.
