If i connect this drive to a tb3 port, what speed will i get?

This is one of the first USB-C 3.2 gen 2X2 devices on the market. SanDisk claims read/write speeds of up to 2GB/s, which is 16Gbps. Obviously, a 5Gbps USB 3.0 connection or a 10 Gbps USB 3.1/3.2 gen 2 connection won't be sufficient to support the drive's maximum bandwidth requirements. USB-C 3.2 gen 2X2 supports a speed of 20 Gbps, which is sufficient to support this drive. Unfortunately, very few computers and no USB hubs that I know of support the gen 2X2 standard yet. However, a TB3 port, with its speed of 40 Gbps, will support this drive at its maximum read/write speeds of 2GB/s. Right now, TB3 is the only way to get the rated speed out of it. Otherwise, you might as well get the old version.

Question 2

Would a macbook pro 2013, read and write 2000 mb/s? or would i need a 2x2 ucb-c port? because i know it depends on the device/host to get the 2000mb/s

Macbook Pro 2013 (Retina, 13", late 2013) has two Thunderbolt 2 and two USB 3 Type A ports (or what is now called USB 3.2 Gen1).  you should use the correct caps for the terms (e.g. MB/s vs Mb/s, etc), because they mean different things and people are often confused when x doesn't do y because of it.  MB or GB is Mega or Giga "byte".  Mb or Gb is Mega or Giga "bit".

The Thunderbolt 2 ports have transfer speed up to 20Gb/s (equal to 2.5GB/s or 2500MB/s).  The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports have transfer speed up to 5Gb/s (equal to 625MB/s).

SanDisk Extreme Pro has capability of up to 2000MB/s (or 2GB/s) read/write, so to maximize read/write capability of the SanDisk you would want to use the Thunderbolt 2 ports.  You'll need an USB C-Thunderbolt 2 adapter or USB C-Thunderbolt 2 cable, though.  You can still use the USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port on the Macbook Pro 2013, but the bottle neck will be the 625MB/s transfer speed of the port versus the 2000MB/s read/write of the SanDisk drive.

Is the SDD heavy?

No.  It would easily fit in your shirt pocket and you might forget it was there.  This is a very fast SSD external hard drive. If I purchase any more external hard drives, this one will probably be the one I purchase again.  I highly recommend it.  Having said that, I wouldn't give you two cents for their worthless customer support.
