Wonderful alternative to soy sauce if you have a natural sweet tooth. I love putting on rice instead of applying sauce to the protein, but you can do that also. It also works well in marinades, but I tend to go for the sweet soy baste/glaze for that as it is much thicker.

Same great high quality taste as the original but it doesn’t trigger my gluten sensitivities.

This is one of the best soy sauces I have had. Smooth and delicious. Lower sodium content than other sauces. It’s not just for rice, the wife and I cook different things with the sauce as well, marinating chicken and hamburgers too. Our local grocery store stopped selling this sauce, now I need to get it another way. I was very lucky to receive my sauces in one piece. They do need to consider plastic bottles or packaging in bubble bags.
