Listen up. This is the only review you'll ever need about this shampoo/conditioner. I'm a former hairdresser and I've used practically every brand out there. This is the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair type. I have soft and fragile European type hair and I struggle with moisture and strength. I have oily scalp but dry ends. My hair is fine (diameter is small) but thick (lots of it). I struggled with dry hair because I frequently washed it. The sulfates were bad for my fragile hair type and I often ended up with dry end and split ends. Yes, I use oils, but my hair being so fine, it sits on it heavy and makes my hair look greasy (even small amounts). It took a while to grow it long as well because the ends ended up so brittle and dried out. I can't do short hair because its so thick, its a massive "poof". Longer hair just looks nicer with thick hair. I never color it or perm or use heat, but dry ends always happened. I started to use this and the added castor oil, other oils and rosemary helped lock in the moisture I needed so badly (also living in a dry climate). Yes, some reviews day it doesn't clean well. It does, they're just not use to the oil left over. Some people don't like it, but I needed it. My ends are soft and not crunchy. It's the first shampoo/conditioner to leave my hair super soft and shiney. Then an added bonus, my hair grew long, like crazy long out of nowhere- thanks biotin and rosemary! In one month I noticed a lot of hair length. So, maybe it's not everyone's product, but if you're like me, fragile, soft hair with oily roots ans dry, brittle ends, and you want longer hair, definitely try this product! Another tip, pure argan oil for the ends your friend.

Biotin is vitamin B7, which is a water-soluble vitamin. Biotin plays a crucial role in the body's metabolic processes and is essential for the growth and sustenance of hair, skin, and nails. Although Majestic Pure promotes biotin in their shampoo, it takes more than just shampoo to obtain healthy, strong, thick hair. Hair is very delicate. Maintaining moisture, is another key to growing hair. Biotin is definitely good for not stripping the hair of moisture, but conditioning your hair and follicles is a must for growth. Also, after every shampoo and conditioning, you should comb your hair through. Riding any knots and keeping your hair detangled is important. Tie your hair in braids at night, or use a silk hat for tangling protection. I do use and appreciate Majestic Pure Biotin Shampoo, but unfortunately I had to return it, as its packaging did not successfully complete the transit commute. The plastic/cellophane type packaging on the double pack failed, compromising one bottle, which leaked. Even if it had not leaked, I would have returned it, because that one bottle bump was exposed and could have been violated. That in itself is scary.
