Lowering Module for Mercedes, OBD-2 plug-and play system, Airmatic Suspension

If your Mercedes is supported by this vendor and looking to lowering you vehicle, this is a great product. Highly recommended and super easy installation. If you lower your vehicle the feel will change, but there are many variables to consider: spring, shock, tire. In this situation, the module only lowers the vehicle and dose not change anything else. If you are happy with the current ride quality, I would recommend not lowering your vehicle. I was not happy with the ride quality at all, as I do not like soft and squishy suspensions. Lowering helped with removing the giggle I was feeling in my suspension. I know this what most people like, but I did not buy the AMG model for a soft ride. The lowering helped with that and feel this is how the vehicle should have come from the factory. It now feels sporty, not harsh, without the high center of gravity and nervous feel. Lowering the center of gravity is what changed the feeling, and I am so glad I did! Function over form! I did an even drop front and rear, to ensure the suspension performed as designed. I believe there was a 6mm difference, with the rear being higher. So I left it that way. I did not want to lower the vehicle to level out the suspension for a look. For this, I used the low setting provided, which is a 32mm drop front and rear. Hope this review helps, as I want to support vendors that offer a great product without a ridiculous markup. I am all for businesses in making a profit, but when you are trying to make a killing, well... I cannot recommend this product enough. A tremendous value!!!

This has been a decent module. Works as it should. I have been having my GL63 AMG set to low. Have not needed to go any lower my personal setting settings. Any lower you would Not get a good ride . It would be crappy ! Even though it looks pretty low once you are getting out. But rises a little than what the appearance is when getting in when actually driving ! But still pretty low. But it allows for a nice ride suspension wise ! Module is DEFINITELY the better way to go if you have Airmatic Suspension over LoweringLinks ! LoweringLinks being next in line to this because of manual adjustments can be made. Electronic with the Module is FIRST in line though of course. 3rd would be Lowering Springs. Some people even switch out Airmatic for regular shocks. Even though there is No Need to do that. Just do your research on where to get a set of replacement air shocks and then just take it to a decent shop for the switch out. Cost for replacements are pretty decent out there. Not the thousands one make it seem. No Need to go to the StealerShip for parts or install. Anyways I am getting off topic. But on topic at the same time . Put your greenbacks together and order this module! Your Vehicle would not mind the cool L👀k ! Trust..

This easy to use module does everything it claims. I was able to lower my ML550 in literally seconds. Now I can drive in "comfort" mode at "sport" height and when I hit the "sport" button the car drops even further and the ride become more firm. 21" wheels 295mm width tires, no rubbbing. Excellent product. Great instructions included BTW. If you can't do this... thats on you.

My order arrived a week ahead of schedule from Europe. The company will also contact you for your VIN to make sure that it’s compatible which eliminates the possibility of having to ship it back overseas. It’s so easy to use and the instructions are very clear. Making adjustments to the ride height can be done in literally less than a minute. The photos show stock vs low setting (-32mm) which make the car look so much more aggressive. After playing with the custom mode I have settled on -28mm for now only because I live in Minnesota and wanted a bit of additional clearance for snow. I highly recommend for anybody who wants full control over their AirMatic Benz.

This lowering module is the best thing invented since air conditioning! Very easy to use and customer service is excellent. I had multiple questions and received timely responses every time. I typically ride at -50mm (approximately 2 inches lowered) and whenever I park, I plug the module back in and slam it all the way to -70mm. Don’t think twice and grab this asap!
