Do these mount to the existing buckets or do they mount directly to the body and sit flush?

They sit flush with the body, a ruber garmet goes in between to prevent water from going in.

What is the best wiring ? I can get the brakes and running light to work but not the Yellow to brown turn signal on 2013 g63

You should be tapping the wires according to the guide on the side of the lighting. The black wire goes to a negative/ground, the yellow wire goes to the turn signal positive, the green wire gets tapped into the running light positive, and the red wire goes to the brake light positive. You will have to determine the correct wire in your vehicle on your own, but we recommend using a voltmeter to test the functions of the wires. -iJDMTOY

does this taillight come smoked and sequintial? Or does sequential only come with red lenses?
