I'm allergic to anchovy and don't eat fish, so I was so happy to find an algae-based Omega-3 supplement with such a high amount of DHA. I don't like swallowing pills, but these are relatively easier to take because they are more narrow and don't get stuck on my tongue. They also don't have a bad, fishy aftertaste or upset my stomach.

I don't have a way of confirming if it's doin' its job or not. Same w/any supplements. AND! These smell alot mo pleasant than the Fishy supplements & possible mercury.

I was skeptical but even on an empty stomach you will not get the 'fishy' tasting burps that you get with regular fish oil supplements. I started taking this every day for high cholesterol and triglycerides. I'm hoping my blood work will be with in normal limits when I go back for testing. Will update review.
