They are a little bulky but that is the only negative I have about these. Small button on one side to turn on and off at the device, and a small indicator LED for status. They were easy to integrate with a home automation system. Great thing of Shelly, there is full functionality with no demand for proprietary software.

Disable'able if you want to - I dont know why you would though. After setting up thousands of different IoT devices, I am very impressed. This is the gold standard of what IoT devices should be.

Have used these before with no problems. This last order of 4 however has at least 2 that keep dropping the wi fi. Moved the router which is about 40 feet of almost completely clear line of sight and problem persists. Not sure if I would buy these again, I'll maybe move to a different brand with ethernet. App works great when the wi fi stays connected.

Overall this are the best smart plugs on the market. Self hosted, integrate with home assistant perfectly, bluetooth relay, etc. However I have to dock some stars: 1. Because my second pack of these had a defective one. 2. Company will not provide any support unless you buy from them directly, even though I bought from their official store on here. Update: Dropping yet another star. Another one has failed just outside of the return window.
