Could i use this as a ups for a raspberry pi?

From what I could tell on my board it has a delay of about 5-10 seconds from off to on. When unplugging the charging cable from the battery pack from both the usb powered option and the 5v.

What is the inside length of the battery housing? I want to use a protected 18650 cell with a 68.9mm length.

Slide -Switch appears to have the following use: My V8 (dual-cell) unit has the slide switch (not labeled) and the push-button. Orient the board so you can see LED's and read stencil graphics, then switch is on the bottom-left of card. (a) slide-switch LEFT ("position closest to the short-edge of the board") == AUTO power-down mode == unit will turn-off when there is nothing taking power from the USB port. (b) slide-switch RIGHT ("position further from the short-edge of the board") == MANUAL == unit will remain ON until turned off or batteries too low. My unit does not auto-power up, but a single press of the button turns it ON, and double-press of the button turns it OFF. Triple-pressing the button only glitches the power off/on and does not affect the LED's unlike what someone answered here.

can i hook a batterie bank to this to give this power? and dose it work with out the cells in it if i just have a batterie bank hooked to it?

Treat this module as a standalone power pack. You need two 18650 batteries. Interestingly, Amazon sells some flashlights that include the batteries and a charger. It's a great investment.
