So freaking awesome I love it. 10 hours of any thing to download, and pre-programmed cartoons like when I was a kid! Gummy too. Its great! Highly recommended.

What a cute gadget? It's amazing that something so small has such a good picture? The TV is easily loaded with .avi videos. There is 4.37GB of storage and a 30min .avi uses ~240MB so that should give you an idea of how many videos you can load. If your videos are of .mp4 format the online video converter at the tinytv website can convert them to fit the little screen. I glued 2 small magnets onto the back and now it's a refrigerator magnet. Makes a great conversation piece. I loaded the candy maker episode of I Love Lucy on it. The sound isn't very loud and distinguishable in a noisy room but it's there. Picture quality is much better than I imagined and setup was a breeze. It's all plug and play. There's a power button on the top of the TV and you must power on the tv after connecting it to your computer so your computer can access the storage and assign a drive letter. From there you just drag and drop .avi videos. The size is ~ 2in high by 1.3 inches wide by < 1/2 inch deep. This would be great for someone into miniatures/dollhouses.

I have had so much fun with this thing! It is a fully functional little TV. It really feels like watching an old little tv. Every channel switch has a very organic shot of static. Whatever they've done to make this feel like watching TV 30 or 40 or 60 years ago works. Just put in your own files and now you're on old school tv. Putting in files just requires a simple download ( not an app, no monthly fee, just a minor fidget) The TV is small, but the picture is great for the size. If you do miniatures this brings it to life. I love LEGO and immediately made a living room around this. Treat it gently and suddenly you can treat your little worlds to the A-Team, if you're able to find them...

As others have noted, TinyTV 2 is a cute, functional "TV". No, it doesn't pick up aerial channels but plays stored video loaded via a USB-C connection. "Channels" are the different video files. Very simple to use. The free app which converts your video to the proper formatting is straightforward and does not require installation. Just run it. The small remote works very well. Just remember that it's IR, so you must be pointed at the front of the screen. The TV knobs work as expected. My knock is really on me. I was caught assuming it had the same feature set as the original TinyTV which had a TV mode (videos play constantly on each "channel", looping when finished) and a Video Player mode allowing videos to be played from the beginning. This version only has the TV mode. Regarding the volume, a quiet area is required but it is easily heard in such an environment. Small size does have limitations. Perhaps Bluetooth could be added?
