I love this product! Very good flavor. Easy to dissolve. Even energy provided. No jitters. Easy to open and drink. Less expensive than purchasing product in individual cans. Not carbonated, so it is easy to drink while working out. Very good addition to my fitness routine. I am a personal trainer and I teach group fitness classes daily in addition to my own workouts. I am a teacher and I LOVE THESE. They all taste great. I drink one in the afternoon for a pick me up, and I feel as if it helps me get through my days. it is a good way to help me also get in my water intake for the day making it more flavorful. I enjoy the low calories and the energy boost it gives me. I was worried that it would give me headaches, but this is a product that has NEVER given me headaches from drinking it. It mixes in just by stirring it with your straw, no clumps, no weird after taste. Best product out there!

The texture isn’t bad. The health benefits are amazing it’s effective especially when I’m really down in the energy to go to the gym it’s portable I can take it with me on the go. The taste isn’t bad at all and it’s a really good price for the money.
