Diesel Heater

Have two diesel heaters and my other one is a cheaper version of this one and this one out performs my other one. We travel in a motorhome visiting diff places travel nursing. Customer care is all there for Vvkb heaters. Great product, great care.

Don’t waiste your money on these not worth the price buy the cheapest diesel heater then you won’t be upset tossing it in the garbage purchased this heater less than a month ago I’m tossing it out and getting an espar no wonder they don’t take returns I wouldn’t want this heater back either

Heater works well. We own a 22ft boat and it keeps the non insulated cabin comfortable year round in Alaska. The company can be difficult to get a hold of, but they have gotten back to me on several questions I had, and are willing to send spare parts within the first year. Installation is pretty straight forward. Overall a great heater for the price.

More than adequate for a truck sleeper I am very pleased you could shut the engine off and turn that heater on and sleep soundly all night long

I bought this heater for my rv hoping it would be a quality piece . WRONG . Save your money and get the real deal or buy several cheap ones. Customer support is useless too. Sorry I threw my money away on this garbage.

the best thing about this is the two automatic thermostats to choose from, so that in spring and autumn it will shut down so you dont get too hot. the winter one keeps the temp accurate to point one of a degree so it is very comfortable and you never have to get up to change it like the cheap brands.

Bought one of these straight from VVKB. The heater does not tell the fuel pump to turn on when it calls for heat. I contacted the company, and the engineering department had me conduct no less than a dozen tests, all pointing to the heater not telling the fuel pump to turn on. The engineering department insists it is an installation issue and refuses to stand behind it. The only thing there is to "install is to hook it up to power (+ red, - Black) and plug in some specific plugins that can't be mixed up. The last communication from the company states "our return policy states if the heater is returned within 15 days of receipt, and has not been installed, they will issue a refund. after 15 days we will not accept refund." I repeatedly indicated to them I am not looking for a refund, only for this heater that was installed and triple checked exactly as the instructions indicated, to work. they are hiding behind an accusation on installation despite my proving to them that the heater is not telling the pump to turn on. They have gone silent and are no longer working with me to resolve this issue. I now have a $700 paperweight. All companies have an issue with a product from time to time. This one is no exception. it gets addresses, made right and we move on. this company makes false accusations about the customer, boasts about having a 20-year track record and is not able to sequester their egos long enough to consider there could be an issue with their product and is incapable in making it right. REMEMBER, they advertise a one-year warranty. VERY disappointed.
