Amazon Basics Aluminum Frame Cork Notice Rectangular Board, 90cm x 60cm, Silver

Purchased to fit onto our 6 year old grandson's wall and hold a wall map of the British Isles. Due to it being VERY well packaged it arrived flat and was easy to fix to the wall through the corner sections. Colourful pins hold the map on the pinboard. Would recommend.

I've purchased a number of pinboards recently from different suppliers. All of them including this one appear to be thin cork glued to cardboard rather than the thicker fibreboard that was used 'back in the day' but of the ones I've tried this isn't too bad. This board fixes with concealed screws at the corners, which is ideal if you want a permanent fixing and the aluminium frame is robust enough, if you are happy giving Amazon free advertising due to their attached logo.

In terms of sterdy they are ok, probably not the heavy duty but they will perform. However I do think they are over priced for what they are. But when you compare to what else is for sale then they are the cheapest. Everything comes with them to install, but as they dont weigh very much, I did not screw them in to the wall, I used the velcro strips from 3M hangers which worked really well. Would I buy again, then yes I would but would still gulp at the price.

this board comes with aluminium frame, which is much better and sturdy then wooden frame, at this price, most other options are only wooden frame installation was easy, i like the way that the 4 screws hidden under the corner covers, looks very professional, also the board is very lightweight, i can finish the whole installation by myself the board is big enough to pin 8 A4 papers side by side, that i can pin some important document and memo to it, as well as my daughter’s artwork however, more and more holes will left on the board surface after days of use, reused pin hole is a bit loosen and cannot hole the pin well

Arrived quick, nice and big for above my work desk. Looks good however it's flimsy as hell so have to be very careful with it. It's cheap enough so would recommend however if pinning heavy stuff then do not buy. For paper it's fine.

Simple, easy to fix to wall, takes drawing pins etc, not too heavy. A good buy.

As the photo shows, this is a large noticeboard indeed, about half the size of my garden office door. The frame is a nice aluminium and the corner pieces are removable for easy attachment of the frame to a wall, after which they are reinserted to hide the screws. The cork isn't the thickest or the densest I've used but then again the price probably reflects this. The included 5 pins are, of course, insufficient so you can see quite a few extra I purchases from Amazon at the same time. Papers are held sufficiently securely so I can't complain. I'd buy it again as I consider it value for money.

Easily screwed to the wall with four screws, one per corner. It has covers for the screw heads so they don't show.
