Wow…can’t say enough good things about this mixer! It is an awesome way to make breads and desserts!

I cannot say enough good things about this mixer. The capacity is amazing and it can handle large quantities without missing a beat. It's also low profile enough to sit out on the counter without feeling like it's taking up a ton of valuable real estate. I also purchased some of the accessories and they all work well. I had a bowl-lift Kitchenaid before and I wish I had known about the Bosch before I got it. The Bosch is so much easier to use and can do larger batches without struggling like the Kitchenaid sometimes did. Worth every penny!

I had another one just like it that was accidentally damaged. I purchased a different brand much less expensive. There is no comparison. This is the only mixer I know of that can literally whip one egg white to make a meringue! You can see how the mixture is coming along and it never makes a mess because of the lid system. There are also a bunch of attachments including one to make ice cream. I give 10 stars!

I bake a lot of bread and this Bosch mixer is a workhorse! It does heat up if run too long so sometimes my dough can get a little hot. I have to watch it so the heat doesn’t kill my sourdough. All in all i love it. Not too loud and easy to clean. Worth the money if you do a lot of heavy dough mixing.

I love the open top design!! I’ve used this mixer about 5 times now and love it so much more than the kitchen aid design.
